It’s Maple Weekend at Soukup Farms, our third generation family farm, where we produce and sell pure New York Maple Syrup! We have been collecting sap from our three sugarbushes since February and boiling and bottling our delicious maple syrup right on the farm. With the sap flow slowing, its time to enjoy all things Maple Syrup!
For HVFFA Spring Farm Days, we will be cooking up our Maple Brunch, featuring farm favorites such as Jen's maple glazed biscuits, sausage and gravy and pancakes all topped off with their Soukup Farms Maple Syrup! Brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm and believe me, you do not want to miss it!
We also will be doing Maple Tours and Maple Tastings from 10 am to 4 pm both days. See our farm in action as we guide you through a tour of our sugarhouse and learn how sap becomes Soukup Farms Pure Maple Syrup.
After being closed for the winter our Farm Store will be re-opened and we will be selling our Maple Syrup, our Maple Candies and Sweets and other products made both on the farm and by other local food producers. Make sure to make us one of your stops as you tour our Harlem Valley Farm and Food Alliance farms!
